Initiative Audit Initiative Audit is a service provided to business owners consisting in expert assessment of company’s accounting, tax imputation and management efficiency.
Initiative audit is made on Customer’s request for any time period. It can include all components of accounting or any separate areas.
The aim of the initiative audit is to minimize owner’s financial, economic, accounting and tax risks as well as to eliminate violations in order to avoid penalties by detecting irregularities in accounting, taxation and document workflow.
Initiative audit can be undertaken:

on a request by the owner, executive board management or potential investor who wants to get confirmation of financial accounting authenticity

in case of replacement of Customer company’s CEO or chief accountant

in case of purchasing an established business

in case of business reorganization (demerging, merging, etc.)

if constituent documents contain direct instructions on undertaking the audit

in case of replacing senior accounting staff and/or the chief accountant

in case of changes in legislation resulting correspondingly in doubts among company’s accounting staff concerning correctness of financial and tax accounting
The Initiative audit will provide you with an opportunity to check those aspects of your accounting that caused doubts before or were within responsibility of an accountant who left the position. You can verify the accuracy of taxation for the previous years and calculation of the product prime cost.
